With a large roster of highly skilled ophthalmologists specializing in eye surgery, Stamford Hospital is recognized as an area leader in treatment of eye diseases and cataract surgery. The department provides eye treatment and consultations for the hospital emergency room, Tully Immediate Care Center and hospitalized patients.

Most of Stamford Hospital's eye surgery procedures are performed on an out-patient basis at one of our three locations - Stamford Hospital, the Tully Health Center or the Wilton Ambulatory Surgical Center. At each of these locations our board-certified ophthalmologists perform state of the art cataract surgery and retinal procedures, as well as glaucoma, strabismus, corneal and oculo-plastic surgeries.
